I need to model a system supported by Hilti-type clamps

The clamp is connected to a beam by a very short threaded rod.
Hilti says this is not a fixed point.
How would you model this?

I would model it as a guide with no gap + hold down.
I would add high friction, because of the gum surrounding the clamp.
Finally, attention should be paid in checking the shear loads on threaded rod.

What would you thinks?
