I've started getting this error on my laptop when starting the analysis (Static). I have tried solutions 2 & 3 (1 is NA). It doesn't stop me from working but it is a pain.

I suspect some CAESAR II module is still running, and has ownership of the CONTROL file. The fastest way to resolve this one would be to file a Support Request in eCustomer.
