I am having some 36", 42" and 52" lines the support near the risers seeing high vertical load like 30, 35 and 50 ton.
Does anyone has some sketchy design of shoe, please share.
Or shall we use trunnion with R-PAD

For those loads you should be looking at pressure vessel type saddle support with stiffening ribs and a 120 deg. reinforcing pad. Design in accordance with ASME VIII or PD5500.
