What sort of fatigue analysis are you seeking?
The expansion stress range calculations found in most piping codes is, in a way, a fatigue evaluation - at the system level. The stress intensification factors relate geometry to relative fatigue strength and the cyclic factor f reduces the the allowed stress range.
If, with CAESAR II alone, you are looking for localized fatigue evaluation, say, peak stress at a fillet weld, your expectations exceed program capability.
As the content of the file states, 5-110-1A.FAT is DESIGN FATIGUE CURVES FOR CARBON, LOW ALLOY, SERIES 4XX, HIGH ALLOY AND HIGH TENSILE STEELS FOR TEMPERATURES NOT EXCEEDING 700 F FOR UTS <= 80 KSI (I'm not shouting, I simply copied and pasted the file text.)
