In my current Oil well field project I have Flanges with following details :

Flange : Weld Neck, 9" NPS, API CL 3000, Ring Joint, 0.500" thickness, 7.625" Bore.
Material : Carbon steel, ASTM A350 GR LF6 CL1.

Now, my question is : Is caesar II flange leakage check module is able to check leakage in these flanges...?

The CAESAR II Leakage Check was a procedure we developed here in the early-1990s. You can find the article discussing this in the October 1991 newsletter. You can make the decision as to the applicability of this method to your situation.
