hi,
My question is When Max code stress ratio % is showing at node 5040 as 68.7% which is not tell us stresses is in Axial stress or bending stress or torsion stress or hoop stress while reviewing in stress summary report? Is there any thing I am missing to read?

That summary gives you the highest stress values, for each stress category, and the nodal location. The "Code Stress" is the stress for that particular load case computed as per the applicable Code Equation (hence the term "Code Stress").

The Axial stress may be a component of the Code Stress (it depends on the Code). The highest axial stress may occur at a different node than the location of the highest Code Stress. Similarly the other stress values each have their own highest value and corresponding location.
