Any body can explain me about the difference between global force and local force and also where we need to be considered?

Refer to chapter 6 in Technical reference manual, which is supplied with Caesar program

Dear VSaravanan

Always refer local force while reviewing nozzle load.

Bcoz it will give you correct value for skew nozzle also.
