The structural libraries provided with CAESAR II are not "databases", but rather flat binary files. We can create additional libraries, but we'll need the data in "text" format, not an image, but something we can work with.

If I provide you the data of Steel Shapes in *.xls format file, could we create a new Library in CaesarII ?

As long as it is numeric data, that I can export to a text file for further manipulation, yes we can do this.
