can anybody knows how to generate spectrum file by using IS 1893 part IV as well how to generate wind profile (Pressure Vs. Elevation )by using IS 875 part 3. As we don't have site spectra available.

Can anybody explain in detail, the site is MRPL Manglore refinery.

You would need the IS-1893 and IS-875 codes to do so. With so many equations and ifs/buts it is not practical to put on the forum.

If you have these standards then you can just follow them and use Excel or MathCAD to get what you want. It is not too difficult, but you may have to spend time reading and understanding the standard.

Your company has PV Elite software (pressure vessel and heat exchanger design software), which includes these standards. So, you can use that to generate the spectrum and the wind profile.

For the site data you have to go to the engineering company on that project. Did you try EIL or Eicher (I think).
