Dear All,

I am working on a bioprocessing project with hygiene standards to be maintained as per ASME BPE-2007. The analysis code is ASME B 31.3 of course. Here i came across flanges as shown in attachment. I am unsure about the SIF to be taken, and i cant efford to go blindly with 2.1 conservative approach, as the line size is as small as 2". Also if possible suggest SIF for the threaded fittings with Square ends.

Please suggest the SIF and its source if possible.
