Hi Dears

When we have cases by hot tmp, we choose min ambient tem. When we have cases by cold lines, we choose max ambient tem.
If we have cases taht they are hot and cold what shoud we do?
I think we cannot get result by one file.I think we must creat two files with min amb tem and max amb tem.
Would you pleas halp me about this problem?

Thanks

If those conditions may exist, that's what you should do. Min amb to max temp and max amb to min temp. You do that as separate cases for loads and displacements. For stress range you will usually need min temp to max temp.

Good grief. Why make things more complicated over 20 to 30 degrees temp. If the system goes both ways (bi-pipeual), split the diff and use normal room temp of 70 F/21 C.
