If anybody knows, please inform me of the following:

1. Edition of
ASME B16.5(dimension & pressure/temperature rating) :
SEC.II, Part D, Table 1A/1B(for ASME SEV VIII Div.1 Material) :

2. FLANGE FLEXIBILITY MODEL
: Which material can I refer to for this model or method.

3. Applied external Load
: A manufacturer insists that only sustained loads(excluding thermal loads) are considered in flange design & calculation. Is this right?

4. Code edition
Which edition of B31.1 and B31.3 is complied for each CII version (v5.1, v5.2 and the previous ones if possible)?
I suggest that COADE notify applied edition of each code when new version of CII is released,

1. My copies are:
B16.5: 2009
ASME II: 2007, several addendas dated 2009.

2. You should refer to the correct material.

3. Your manufacturer is talking rubbish. Real operating loads act on a flange in service. This is what should be addressed in a design. Whether you might report sustained and thermal loads separately or combined, depends upon the specific design code.

4. Read the documentation for this. Caesar II also prints on every stress summary, which code issue date was applied.

Thank you, Mover,

On the matter of question 2,
My question was the reference(book or paper or any code) in which FLANGE FLEXIBILITY MODEL is described.

The "Flange Flexibility Model" is discussed in the "Oct 91" issue of COADE's Mechanical Engineering News. Here is the link.
