I finally have version 5.2 on my machine, but when I try to run it, it does not open and I get the following error message:

"feature not found or NetHL licenses all in use (H0031)."

The software has been installed for a green USB ESL (so the IT department tells me).

Do we need to reset the ESL to run verison 5.2 and if so how can I get the authorisation codes if I can not access the software.

This indicates IT didn't read the directions. Please read this document before doing anything else. (You don't need to download anything, the latest files are on the DVD in the \SetupESL directory.)

Since you have a local ESL, I suspect your problem is the Firmware Update.

Thanks for that fast feedback Richard - I will hassle IT about this. all our IT is directed from our head office in another country and often with this more unknown software they have no idea what they are really doing.
