Can we make pump pulsation load analysis for slurry pipeline ?
If so , how to introduce the pulsation loads onto the piping model.

Also, any relevant code for this.

Assuming you know the load, and the frequency of the pulsation, you can simulate this using a "harmonic analysis". Note, CAESAR II is not going to help you determine the pulsation load, this is something you have to determine so that you can use this value in CAESAR II.

The pipeline is mostly supported on +Y stop. can we carryout harmonic analysis for this system ?

As long as you don't have rigid body motion in any of the six DOFs - yes.
