how to calculate fatigue cycles? any formula is thier.

My humble advise to you read and understand this subject before asking questions.You may get formulla for calculating number of cycles before failure but not knowledge.First understand concept and then learn its application to real life situation not the reverse of it.If you do other way round then what is the use of your academic qualification.

A good book to read concept and application of fatigue.

Theory and Design of Pressure Vessels by John F. Harvey

fatiuge cycles = (sec*hrs*years*day)/ wave time period.

whether its correct or not.

how i define the number of anticipated cycles?

You just don't get it, do you? None of us can give you a reliable answer as to how many fatigue cycles to anticipate for your particular piping system. You have to consult with the process design people, and perhaps with the people who will operate the plant, and get their input. Then YOU have to make the call. Anybody on this forum who would give you an estimate of the number of operating cycles for an unknown process system with an unknown design basis is nuts.

It may take you a whole week to figure out how many cycles to use, or you may get lucky and find someone who can answer your question in half an hour. Regardless, the answer to your question DOES NOT come from this forum, it comes from the process designers and the operations people.
