CAESAR II 4.50.051015 is showing the below message frequently.

FATAL ERROR # 5100

The CPU time/date stamp is earlier than the last access time of the ESL device. This is usually caused by in incorrect boot date.

Note that the time and date of the machine are stored on the ESL each time and analysis is performed. Back-dating the machine before the ESL will cause this error.

My organisation got a usb network hasp (red) lock with 7 concurrent licenses. We have the computer's time synchronized and there is no major difference in the date/time just 1 minute or 2 minute difference in some computers. (Will this small difference create this problem?)

CAESAR II version 5.00 is working properly without this error message.

What should i do for version 4.50.051015? Please help me with the solution for this problem.

The data on your ESL must be corrected. Use the "\ESL\Generate Access Codes" option. Then send the codes generated along with your error to "sales@coade.com" and request that the "Last Usage Date" be corrected.

To keep this from happening in the future, make sure your machine time/date setting is correct.
