In our company we have limited number of licenses but the number of user are more.

question: we want to track who r occupping the licenses so is there any tool or command for the same?....

Yes you can trace who is occupying the license.
We use "aladdin" software for the same.

we have HASP license Manager, is it the same?..

At the moment, the best that Aladdin has to offer for the management/monitoring of HASP HL licenses is the "MONITOR" utility. You can find this here: \caesar\assidrv\monitor. Be aware that this utility isn't all that great.

We are working toward moving to Aladdin's new SRM system, which will provide better monitoring abilities. I expect we won't be able to fully support this until the end of 2009.
