i'm currently running a dynamic analysis to determine the natural frequencies of a subsea pipeline. in the static analysis i ran previously i applied wave loadings and submerged the pipework to appropriate depth. will the dynamic analysis take account of this? or should i alter the density of the steel to take account of reduced mass?

The eigen-solution performed by CAESAR II is unaware that the piping may be submerged.
