I am studying a line in a plant at 4000m (13100ft) above sea level. I have to consider wind effects on it.
I am confused because I can not find in CAESAR II where to change the air density necessary for the calculation of wind force. For example, if you enter velocity vs. elevation table then the dynamic pressure is calculated by P = 1/2 Rho V^2 where Rho is the air density and V is the wind velocity.
I will appreciate your answers.
Trank you in advance.

You can not change the density of the air in CAESAR II. You can alternatively compute the wind pressure as a function of elevation and input that table.
