hi everybody!
it's silly question but your answer will definitely going to help me alot.

Please tell me what is the sign convention for moments calulations in restraints report generation? Means which direction should be taken as +ve whether anti-clockwise or clockwise for moments in CAESARII 5.1..

If anticlockwise taken as +ve(universal thumb rule), whether signs along x,y,z should be change before incorporating these moments values to some other pipe element..?

Plz help me..

Look at the XYZ Compass shown on the plots. This defines the global coordinate system. A positive load is in the direction of the arrows, a negative load is opposite to the arrows.

A positive rotation about an axis can be determined using your "right hand", put your thumb on the axis in the direction of the arrow, and the direction your finger curl is positive moment.
