I have not yet tested the very latest version but there is a problem with the previous built. If you have multipple PCF files this problem is common. There are couple solutions to solve this. Please look my postings of late. Briefly:
- edit first PCF file to include all info from other PCF files excluding the headers
- Split the model after calculation and copy using explorer renaming. Open and delete sections of line in each model.

Reason for the problem: PCF generation pushes some infor into wrong PCF file.

Dear jouko,

I am using 5.10 caesarII,generation of isometric is major problem in 5.10 & in 5.00 also.

As per your suggestion i am already done the above procedure,YES 4 no. of PCF file was generated & I am Edit the same pcf file & copy it then paste it into main Pcf file,so that all file merge with one another,& hope problem has been solved, but after the same procedure MISING SUPPORT is there, Still i am suffering from same problem.

Please suggest guideline for the same as early as possible.

Make sure you have the latest built. If the problem is still there talk to Shawn at COADE. I have not noted any problems after combining the PCF files. -

I have a quick question regarding this topic:

Should I edit the pcf files under the "isometric drawing generation" window or through windows explorer beforehand?

The reason I ask is that I am having trouble getting output to appear on my isometrics. I select the results I want, and the nodes, under the output annotation tab, but nothing ever appears on my drawings.

Keep in mind I am brand new to this, so I might be missing something obvious!

Hi Gregor,

Both ways will work. If you click the button on the "isometric drawing generation" window, C2Isogen will start the notepad and open the pcf file. If you use window explorer, you can use any editor you want. You can modify the pcf file if you know what you are doing. CAESAR II has this feature so that experienced user can generate the isometric drawing with his own annotations and components.

Shawn
