This is a highly specialised area of piping engineering. Any error is likely to lead to rapid and very expensive failure. You may need special supports attaching to the pipe centre line, and complex bellows arrangements.

You should not really expect the help you need from this forum. Speak to your lead engineer, urgently.

Those bellows are special. I recommend you talk to a bellows company or designer. And not just some company. Somebody who has experience on FCCU.

There is organization/internet site dedicated only for FCCU. I do not have the address just now.

Specialist FCCU bellows vendors include amongst others, Pathway and Flexonics. But that's only a part of doing FCC piping. It's not for the inexperienced. Remember that if the FCCU goes down, the refinery will probably stop. That's big bucks. Get hold of an expert, a good investment, regardless of his fee.
