See if registering the ISOGEN DLLs solves the problem.

Open up a Command Prompt, navigate to the CAESAR II program directory, and issue the regsvr32 command against these six DLLs, as shown here:


regsvr32 projectmanager.dll
regsvr32 pisogen.dll
regsvr32 pod.dll
regsvr32 ImportExport.dll
regsvr32 MaterialData.dll
regsvr32 pipeline.dll

See if this resolves the issue.
