Dear Every one

I am working in FBE coated pipe,Just I need the following informations about the FBE
1)How pipes will be coated with FBE,
2)whether the pipes will be coated at the shop or site.
3)Up to what size we can coate.

Please guide me to do further,I will be thankfull

Think of FBE as a sort of paint. It's easier to coat big pipe than small pipe, although the vendors have tricks that work pretty well. They are usually coated in a shop, since the FBE is usually cured with heat.

Also note that welding of FBE spools damages the coating in the HAZ. These are frequently assembled in flanged spools or with compression fit couplings.
