Yes, but ...
Once you have the animation setup the way you want, use the "File" menu an select the option to "Save as HTML". This will create an "html" file and an "hsf" file. You can then click on the HTML file and it will play the "hsf" file ONCE. To play the animation again, click [Pause], then [Play]. (You may need a plug-in from Techsoft 3D for this to work, but this is a quick download.)
Once you have this working, you can try to drop these two files into your PowerPoint (which I've never tried).
