Is it possible to interactively view the element / nodal forces (as you can with stresses, displacements, etc.) or is the only way through generating on report on global or local forces?

Not in Version 5.00. We'll look at adding this to Version 5.10.

Richard,

When viewing the 3D Plot in the static output processor, you can position your cursor over an element and a diplay will appear with input data. Can the same be achievd with the output data like dispalcements, stresses, forces etc.?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Michael
