After running the modal i am not able to get the modal in 3d plot.

1)What Version and what Build are you running?

2) Can you animate a different job?

3) On the "System Display Settings" dialog, have you turned down (or off) graphics hardware acceleration?

First, select a load case and then click the 3D Plot button (or select the command from the menu). If it still doesn't work, try what Richard suggests and that is right-click your Windows Desktop and select Properties->Settings->Advanced->Troubleshoot and slide the Hardware Acceleration all the way to the left to NONE and apply this setting.
