To Mr. Ay
I'm so sorry, I'm late
I've read your comment today.

On March 22 I wrote :
"Dear all...

I cannot export the output to MS Word.
The error msg is :
"Unable to start MSWord using Class
{00020906-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}"

I've already read the newsletter article "Exporting output to MS word - by Richard Ay"
But I don't think it's working in my case.
Because in korea we don't use 'Norton anti virus' but we use called 'V3-by Dr.Ahn'
I've tried to edit the registry things but I couldn't find the "InProcServer32".
So, what do I do?"

And you replied:

"What Version and Build of CAESAR II are you using?
What is your Operating System?
What Version of MS Word are you using?"

So, here's my answer :
CAESAR VERSION is "C2_4.50_040528"
OS is "ms windows xp home edition service pack 2"
Ms word version is "MS WORD 2000 SR-1"

Any comments or answer would be great help.
Please help me......^^

windows xp home edition ??!!

seems that XP home edition is not tested by COADE,

the calculated results may be wrong!

WHM -

No the calculation results will not be wrong. "Not Tested" means we don't know if it will run. This is a perfect example - the Word interface doesn't work.

Jeonggyu -

Why are you running "that" build of 4.50? You missed 040810, 041209, 041213, and 050407. The biggest issue we have had with the Word export is that we used (Microsoft's) COM technology - which doesn't work all that well, and is riddled with "permission problems". This is why for Version 5.00 we dumped all the COM stuff and rewrote the Word export routines.

There really isn't a whole lot I can do for you. You're running an older version of CAESAR II, you're running an older version of Word, and you're running an OS that we don't support. Have you tried logging in as an "Administrator"? Like I said above, most of the problems with the Word export were "permission related".

1) While we can answer "some" questions regarding older versions, we can not maintain, modify, or correct the same older versions.

2) Builds for "version X" are removed from the website as soon as the first build for "version Y" is posted for download.

Neither of these statements describe anything new, COADE has operated this way forever.
