If you check the checkbox for "all cases corroded", CAESAR II corrodes all load cases, regardless of the code.

In B 31.3 thickness calculation, we have to take care of piping underthickness tolerance, while in B 31.4 it is not required. What is the situation in B 31.8 ? Is it similar to B 31.3 or B 31.4 ?

regards,

sam

According to 841.11, "due consideration has been given and allowance has been made for the various underthickness tolerances provided for in the pipe specifications listed and approved for usage in this Code." Reference has been made to Table 841.114A, which lists the Pipe Design Factor.
