Why CII 4.5 revised the material data of B31.1(2001),and where all these new material data from?

Except for B31.1(2001)and B31.1(2004),I do not have any other offical mateial data source at hand, so I raise this two queries.

You are right in guess. B 31.1 had changed some thermal expansion coefficients from 1998 Ed to 2001 Ed. CII 4.4 was based on 1998 Ed & 4.5 on A2001 of B 31.1. So material database had changed from 4.4 to 4.5 version.
