Yes there is an interface capable of transferring PDMS data from PDMS to CAESAR II. This interface was developed by CADCENTRE, and they offer it as an optional module for PDMS. I believe you have to contact their London office for details.
Another alternative is to have PDMS create a PCF neutral file, and then read this into CAESAR II using the "PCF Interface".
