Due to the multitude of Windows based plotting programs/routines, we did not convert this particular module from DOS to Windows.

When we have to produce 2D plots, we typically send the data into Excel, and use the plotting capabilites built into this package to produce the graphs.

The 2-d plotting program can be run as a
stand-alone executable. You need the
following files from Caesar v3.24 :
PLTS.EXE
PLTS.HLP
PLTS.EQP (from the SYSTEM sub-directory)
This runs fine for me from a DOS window in
Windows NT. A useful little program.
