Is there any possible way to turn the "refresh button" off from Caesar input screen permanently Am I just not seeing it in settings?

I am not in front of CAESAR, but I think you're referring to "reset view on change" or something to that effect, 2nd or 3rd from the right.

It does seem to turn itself back on. Not sure if there's a way to fully disable it.

Correct, it defaults back to turning on. Minor but very satisfying option for future release of the software I am suggesting.
