You will need to use the "Isogen Symbol Editor". Note, this is an Isogen tool, part of the Isogen package. This is not a CAESAR II component.

If it is the one "symbol editor.exe" inside "i-configure" directory does not start. i double click but nothing happens. do you know why?

if it is not: where do i find it?
