There are many instances when fittings are on bends at different angles in pipelines. How can this easily be broken in CAESAR II modelling?

You have the cells for an extra node into the bend window, where you insert the node number and the desired angle

I know you asked for the "easy way." If you must break the bend, here you'll find the math for splitting arbitrary angled bends of generalized radius at arbitrary angles:

http://forums.coade.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=72264#Post72264

I've also included the COADE newsletter that talks about breaking 90 degree bends at arbitrary angles.

Generally, the bend radius doesn't matter. The only time it does matter is if the fitting doesn't follow normal elbow dimension rules - e.g. L = 1.5D, L = 1D, L = 5/8D.
