How can I convert the file ".C 2" into a "Generic Neutral File".

The steps are:

1) On the Main Menu, select the job to convert. (Note, this is really only to set the proper data directory.)

2) Go to the Interfaces menu (ribbon). The first option on the far left brings up the Neutral File interface.

3) Click the proper radio button, browse for the job file, then click [Convert].

4) The resulting neutral file will be <jobname>.cii in the data directory.
