I have CAESAR 2017 Version 9.0. I cannot get the buried pipe modeller to work. If I click on the menu icon, the software pretends something is happening for a few seconds and then nothing happens.

Please has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone have a solution? Or am I doing something stupid. I have uninstalled and re-installed CAESAR II, but no change. shocked

Uninstalling and Reinstalling typically solves nothing. Please open a Support Request on Smart Support so our Technical Support team can work with you. When you describe the problem please include the following information:

- CAESAR II version (as stated above)
- OS version (Windows 10, Windows 8.1, etc)
- What virus scanner is in use (plus any add-ons)

You need to delete ALL registries from Caesar II directories (issuing "regedit" command and going to HKEY_CURRENT_USER / Software / Integraph CAS / Caesar II etc.).
