We have done the Pipeline Stress Analysis for MLV Control station in Caesar B31.4 2017 version for which the Stress are qualified for 87.5 %. If we do the Same model Analysis using 2016 version it is failing by 114 %. Kindly advise.

Is any change in the B31.4 code between the two releases?
In any case you should stick with the code version is specified in the contract.
