Here is my problem: I got large structural displacement due to waves (hundreds of mm of displacements in an handful seconds ) and also large blast displacements. For the blast I need a kind of snubbers but this is not possible as they doesn't permit fast "operating" displacement.
Do you know any device that could help me (a kind of seat-belt for pipe)?

Rigid supports (guides) with gap. Most of them monodirectional, placed in such way are not very active in operating, but that can prevent further displacement.

Perhaps instead improve the flexibility of the piping? Ball joints, perhaps?

I know that is difficult. Sometimes is necessary to increase flexibility, even sound strange.
