Hello,
I make use of restraint spread sheet from the list command quite a bit. I run into this problem frequently enough to look for a solution.

I usually have restraint spreadsheet long enough to have a vertical scroller. When I select a cell, say in the middle of sheet, suddenly spreadsheet moves vertically on its own and the cell of interest is at the bottom but my cursor is still in the middle of the sheet. Now I have wrong cell selected. Sometimes both, sheet and cursor, are moved leaving correct cell selected but at the bottom.
This is completely random. I can't even expect what behavior it will exhibit. This is very annoying as suddenly my process is halted as sheet is busy moving. I also waste lot of time looking for a correct cell.

I use list as to save time by making change just going down the list quickly instead of selecting/changing each restraint individually in the graphic window. However this movement of sheet completely defies the convenience/speed of the list spreadsheet.

Hopefully there is a solution!!!
