Hello: I was curious about estimated the stresses induced during lowering an active line. Is CAESAR II capable of estimating these stresses, or would this be out of the scope for CAESAR II?

Can you better describe this operation? What is in the line, what do you mean by "active", what Code was the line designed to, how are you lowering the line?
