Please advice about L.O.F value of acoustic induced vibration (formula based on MTD guideline by Carucci Mueller).

I calculate the L.O.F is minus in value.
In the note of the book mentioned in which case L.O.F <0 then take 0.

What does it mean L.O.F minus in value?
Is it safe in perspective of AIV?

If LOF is minus, either it's quite safe from AIV risk, or you have an error in your calc. ??
