Hello! Currently I have one task to analyze the pipe connect to the bottom nozzle of tower which is supported by non-insulated skirt. The nozzle comes off the bottom domed end and then turns to exit horizontally through the skirt.

I just model it as two individual size normal piping without reducer (OD-2400 for tower shell, and DN 8" for nozzle), don't know if I overlook something.

You really appreciate if you can coach me how to model this nozzle properly, and feel free to comment my simple practice.

Thanks in advance

Dayong,

You may refer to Miscellaneous Models in CAESAR II 'Application guide'.
To make other forum members easy to understand, you should briefly provide us drawing(hand writing or so)
