I am facing a problem with the material properties of A790 S31803. I have got a comment from my client that the material properties of this material in the submitted CII file are not matching with their CAESAR material Database.

There was a difference in the CAESAR batch which we were using. The difference in properties still persist even after I got my CAESAR batch updated.(CAESAR version being used is 6.1, Build 131024)

I have attached the snap of my CAESAR database placed next to client's.

Also, I have attached an error report pertaining to CAESAR material database, which I am regularly getting with this file.

1. Please let me know why there is a difference in database and how to overcome it.

2. How to resolve this error? I am loosing a lot of work from this error.

The quickest way to resolve this is to compare the data in the database with the applicable Piping Code. Be aware that v.6.10 addresses specific Editions of the Piping Codes, and subsequent Code Editions may have changed some of the data.

If you find a difference, you can always use the Material Database Editor to modify the values in the database.
