Dear Sir,
Our company has an authorized licenses of CAESAR II software and having QMS procedure for "Record of Loading Verification/Re-verification" once in a year for each machine.

And each user needs to validate the "Tutor.C 2" file in following manner;

==> Run the "Tutor.C 2" file for different versions are in used,
==> Taking a print out of CAESAR II Input Echo, Output Reports etc.
==> And yellow highlighting both reports..

Our main query is that since we are using INTERGRAPH calibrated software via LAN licenses then in that case do we really needs to maintain above "Record of Loading Verification/Re-verification" once in a year for each machine.

Many organizations perform their own validation of CAESAR II, even though this is performed internally here. If this is your requirement, then you have to perform the validation.
