PDS neutral file interface with caesar-II V6.10 is showing some error, but the same neutral file is perfectly converted to CAESAR II file with Caesar-II V5.3. Please find the attached Image and clarify.

Make sure your Memory Allocation (in the Configuration) is not more than 12 Mbytes. If that doesn't resolve the issue, open a Support Request on SmartSupport and send in your neutral file.

It is showing the same error for 12MB also. Tell me what is smart support and how to send the file.
