Just want to ask if Caesar II can Extract into 3d Solid lines in AutoCAD.

I did try the "Tools" in menu bar to "AutoCAD DXF File" and its output is just 3d single lines.

Yes, that DXF representation of your CAESAR II model is simply lines on paper. What you are looking for are intelligent lines.
Our CADWorx package (which sits on top of AutoCAD) can read CAESAR II input directly.
Another path to intelligent lines is through the pcf or piping component file built by CAESAR II. Several CAD applications can read these files.
