Hi,

if you know lateral, axial, upward and downward stiffnesses, you can enter in the modeler.

if you dont have above details ask your CIVIL collegue about your plant soil properties like density, buried depth to top of pipe, friction angle(based on type of soil),over burden compaction multiplier, thermal expansion co-efficient.
if you enter above details in caesar program will automatically find the stiffness and create buried modelling properly.

you know the properties of soil, you no need to enter lateral, axial, upward and downward stiffnesses.

best regards,
venkat.

Is there any easy pan ( not spreadsheet) in CAESAR II to be able to see the generated K1, P1,...based on the different soil modeler values? such as autopipe...
