Does any one Know how to do subsea pipeline crossing stress analysis in CAESAR II? and how to account seabed soil spring effect for this analysis.

If anyone have any sample model, please upload it so that i can understand easily.

I haven't such model.

Basically you can try consider the normal load on the seabed and estimate the axial friction based on the ALA calculation.
However the things are not so simple.
