HI..
I HAVE TALL STRUCTURE WITH 50 M HEIGHT. I HAVE CONSIDERED SEISMIC SWAY CASE FOR MY ANALYSIS.I HAVE RECEIVED SEISMIC MOVEMENT (SAM) FOR ALL PIPING SUPPORTS ON SUPPORTING STRUCTURE FROM CIVIL DEPT AND INCORPORATED ALL RECEIVED SWAY AT RESPECTIVE SUPPORT BY GIVING DISPLACEMENT WITH CNODE. FOLLOWING ARE MY QUESTION.

L1= W+P+T
L2= W+P+T+U1 (OPERATING + SEISMIC NORTH)
L3= W+P+T+U1+D1 (OPERATING +SEISMIC NORTH + STRUCTURE SWAY NORTH)

QUESTION 1:WHICH LOAD ( L2 OR L3)SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FOR STRUCTURE MEMBER(LOCAL MEMBER) DESIGN?

QUESTION 1:WHICH LOAD ( L2 OR L3)SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FOR ENTIRE STRUCTURE FOUNDATION DESIGN?

MY LINE SIZES ARE 42" AT ELEVATION OF 50 M, SO LOADS DUE TO STRUCTURE SWAY AND PIPING SEISMIC LOAD ARE MUCH HIGHER. STRUCTURE SWAY DUE TO SEISMIC EVENT IS AROUND 45 MM AT SUPPORT LOCATION. (45 MM DEFLECTION OF STRUCTURE IS MUCH LESS 50000/250=200 MM ALLOWABLE )

HIGH LOAD DUE TO SEISMIC ANCHOR MOVEMENT WILL CAUSE HIGH FOUNDATION LOAD AT STRUCTURE BASE.
